Selling to people. Making sense to machines.

Getting found takes more than publishing another page. It takes understanding what customers ask, what makes them hesitate and why they choose one business over another. Then comes the research, writing, technical structure and testing that make those strengths easier to find.

I’ve done this work in my locksmith business and in the rafting business I run. In rafting, we went from being overlooked to appearing at the top of ChatGPT recommendations. Customers started coming to us because of it. That took research, testing and learning how to present the business clearly. Read the story: from overlooked to recommended.

Work I can point to

These are parts of the demand work, with their own measures and limits.

Demand and traffic

Nearly 20×

Annual unique website visitors across comparable periods. Customers grew more than 3.6× in the broader business while product, people, content, reputation and paid marketing all contributed. See the demand case study.

Periods and sources

Wix Analytics: 4,944 → 97,486 annual unique visitors. Wix Analytics: 2022 vs. Oct. 10, 2025–Oct. 9, 2026. Customers: 1,279 in 2022 → 4,709+ in the 2026 season so far.

Reputation

5.0★ · 650 reviews

Adventure Idaho’s Riggins Google listing. The service, training and follow-through behind a review matter. Review requests go to customers without filtering by expected rating.

Social and creative

51× followers

From 130 in 2023 to 6,685. One reel reached 1.6 million organic views. I plan, photograph, film, edit and write captions, and use paid ads when the offer and budget justify them.

What these numbers mean

The follower change is for the whole account and is not attributed only to organic content. The linked reel’s views were organic. Views and followers are not bookings.

Websites

I built this site, Adventure Idaho’s current site and other past projects. I bring the customer questions, writing, photography and structure into the same work. The demand case study shows the broader work behind the measured traffic change.

Useful articles

Reported page views for a rafting safety article I wrote for first-timers and concerned parents. It answers a real customer question; the view count is not a booking measure.

Inquiry follow-through

In my locksmith business, ring groups and team coverage moved calls beyond my personal phone. In the rafting business, a sweep surfaces missed calls, texts and emails for a person to review. See the communications work.

How would you like me to reply?

Based in Twin Falls. Serving Southern Idaho, with remote projects available.

A few practical questions

What happens in the free call, and what would paid work cost?

In the free 20-minute call, you explain the bottleneck and I suggest a next step. I can quote a clear bounded project directly. An optional $500 to $1,500 focused review examines one agreed issue and gives written findings and next steps. We agree on scope and price before paid work begins.

Can you guarantee search placement or a review rating?

No. I can improve the information customers and search tools can find, and set up consistent review requests. Placement and ratings depend on the service, customer choices and search systems. I cannot guarantee either result.

Will we need to replace our current tools?

I start with what you already use. A new website, phone setup or customer system needs a specific limitation and a reason to change it. We agree on timing before the work starts.

Which costs continue after a project?

Phone, customer-management, hosting and other software costs, plus any ad spend, are separate from my work. I identify them before you decide. A one-time project has an agreed deliverable, training and handover.

Do we need ongoing support?

No. You can take over a defined project. If you want continuing content, ads, monitoring, fixes or improvements, we agree on the tasks and price separately.

Who owns the work?

Your business controls its accounts and data and owns the agreed custom deliverables. I document the setup. Any third-party licenses or reusable components are named in the proposal.
