Selling to people. Making sense to machines.
Getting found takes more than publishing another page. It takes understanding what customers
ask, what makes them hesitate and why they choose one business over another. Then comes the
research, writing, technical structure and testing that make those strengths easier to find.
I’ve done this work in my locksmith business and in the rafting business I run. In rafting,
we went from being overlooked to appearing at the top of ChatGPT recommendations. Customers
started coming to us because of it. That took research, testing and learning how to present
the business clearly.

A few practical questions
What happens in the free call, and what would paid work cost?
In the free 20-minute call, you explain the bottleneck and I suggest a
next step. I can quote a clear bounded project directly. An optional
$500 to $1,500 focused review examines
one agreed issue and gives written findings and next steps. We agree on scope and price
before paid work begins.
Can you guarantee search placement or a review rating?
No. I can improve the information customers and search tools can find, and set up
consistent review requests. Placement and ratings depend on the service, customer choices
and search systems. I cannot guarantee either result.
Will we need to replace our current tools?
I start with what you already use. A new website, phone setup or customer system needs a
specific limitation and a reason to change it. We agree on timing before the work starts.
Which costs continue after a project?
Phone, customer-management, hosting and other software costs, plus any ad spend, are
separate from my work. I identify them before you decide. A one-time project has an agreed
deliverable, training and handover.
Do we need ongoing support?
No. You can take over a defined project. If you want continuing content, ads, monitoring,
fixes or improvements, we agree on the tasks and price separately.
Who owns the work?
Your business controls its accounts and data and owns the agreed custom deliverables.
I document the setup. Any third-party licenses or reusable components are named in the
proposal.
